Blue Man Group: What's Your Story?
Easily one of the most recognizable stage shows in history, Blue Man Group collaborated with Situation to create
an outlet to share skeptics-proven-wrong stories in a fun and interactive way for their fanbase. They wanted visitors
to be able to upload pictures and create captioned portraits to share with their friends and be available in a
gallery for all to see, as a testament to their show.
Blue Man Group: Making Waves
Blue Man Group values education above all else. It came to no surprise, then, when they announced that they were
starting a Blue Man traveling museum exhibit to creatively and interactively teach some of the fundamental
concepts behind their music. They wanted a website to explain the project ("Making Waves"), the exhibits
themselves, and provide information about its tour schedule.
Blue Man Group: Mobile Site
We all have cell phones and PDAs - Blue Man Group is no different. For those of us whose lives are typically lived
running from point A to B, Blue Man wanted a mobile site (geared toward iPhones) that provided all of the essential
information about the group, the tour, and ticket information.
Dirty Dancing
One of the most famous movies and musicals, the Dirty Dancing team wanted to revamp their website. I won't show
you the 'before' pics, but end product is pretty fantastic. With all kinds of mixed media available to listen to
and watch, the Dirty Dancing site has everything that its fans will need.
Base Entertainment
Base Entertainment is a "an intellectual property based operating company and live entertainment studio". In plain
English, this means they produce live shows. They needed their site revamped to create a better web image and present
their info and clients in a clean, accessible way.
Disney Email System
If you don't know who Disney is, you've been living on a mountaintop for the past 100 years. Besides the vast amount
of movies and TV shows they've created, they also produce Broadway versions of many of their movies. Disney wanted a
backend system to automatically monitor ticket data and keep customers in the loop via email about the shows they bought
tickets for.
9 to 5
Dolly Parton wrote the music for and produced her own musica, 9 to 5. She wanted fans to be able to text their
reviews in and have them show up on the website for other fans to read, as well as having a bunch of videos and music
for visitors to watch and listen to.
Billy Elliot
Billy Elliot just began its North American run after a huge response in the UK. They wanted a site with various
videos, tour information, and press info to help gain some hype about the show as it began its tour in the States.
Share Your Broadway
My coworkers are pretty awesome, so we all had caricatures drawn by a renowned caricaturist and put them on a
site known internally as the "Playbill Yearbook". Beyond this, though, it's a site for people to text in and
tell everyone how watching a Broadway show makes them feel.
A Chorus Line: Audition Site
The A Chorus Line team collaborated with Situation for a way to get fans involved in the A Chorus Line tour
in each of their cities. The site is essentially a pseudo-audition site where fans can upload youtube videos
of themselves "auditioning" for A Chorus Line. The most popular "auditions" are rewarded with prizes, including
flights and tickets to see the show in NYC.

Situation Marketing
At Situation, we're always so busy working on everyone else's website that we rarely have time to work on our
own. In the interim, however, I whipped up something quick and effective (though far from ideal) that we
use until our new site is complete.
Chictini
Chictini is a fashion social network that I built from scratch in my spare time. I have since relinquished my
role in the project and I do not endorse it whatsoever. Prior to leaving, however, I was developing a shopping
feature where any product submitted by a user could be purchased in a simple, easy way by anyone on the site.
If you want to see it in its current form, please google it.
